Dayuuuuuummm good fish Sammich... I tried a honey glazed and buffalo lemon pepper..... It comes fresh out the grease... Only thing I will do next time is add onions and pickles...
I get the lemon pepper catfish and it's so good!!! The ONLY place I get my fried fish on this side of town 10/10
The fried fish tossed in honey hot sauce is a must it's sooo good! The service was good and the restaurant was clean with sitting available also. I got the fish (whiting) and wing (lemon pepper) combo with a side of okra and added fries it was good served hot crispy and seasoned well. I got the peach drink it was on the sweeter side but not too bad.
Ordered a 10 pc half hot/lemon-pepper other half teriyaki, asked them to separate each flavor in separate boxes & they did, that was well appreciated I just wish I would've ordered five more teriyaki, those teriyaki wings hit different
Tried Frozen Rooster for the first time. The restaurant was very clean but empty, seeming that most people order to go. I ordered a combination plate with shrimp and fish. The pricing is fair as no restaurants are cheap these days. I would say be prepared to spend $15 to $20 per person. The shrimp were fried hard, still tasty. The fish was okay. However, I would not order it the same way if I were to return. I ordered the catfish with hot lemon pepper. I should have asked additional questions when ordering because I assumed that it would be a dry rub. The fish was fried, then drenched with hot sauce and a tad bit of lemon pepper and served on a slice of bread. It was very spicy, not necessarily good. If I were to return, I would try the fish plain.
Food was good... I had the fried shrimp tossed in honey BBQ and I had an order of okra which was cooked perfectly... I made another visit there 2 weeks later for fish, whole wings and shrimp

I had the pleasure of trying Frozen Rooster during the grand opening weekend and so glad I did. Let's start with the menu, there are so many wonderful options to choose from. Hubby and I ordered fried shrimp, fried fish, wings, french fries, funnel cake and ice cream. Everything was DELISH! The staff was kind from the moment we walked in, the prices are fair, great location and plenty of parking. Be sure to give Frozen Rooster a try, you will not regret it. I plan to return soon.
